This bill would allow products selected by the state’s Employee Insurance Committee to be offered on a pretax basis.

This bill was introduced as a proposed committee substitute in the House State and Local Government II Committee on April 20, 2017. The proposed committee substitute received a favorable report, and will now move to the House floor.

This bill was heard in the House on April 24, 2017. This bill passed second reading with a vote of 110-6.

This bill will now move to the Senate.
