The Physician’s Accountable Care Toolkit (PDF – 40 pages)

Part One of this guide contains the necessary elements for a successful ACO and implementation guidance. This analysis of legal issues affecting accountable care organizations (ACOs) is an adjunct to The Physician’s Accountable Care Toolkit (see above). It is another tool to further prepare physicians for the approaching accountable care era.
